MEET THE TEAM
We want to take time to introduce you to members of the FM Financial team in each issue of this newsletter. To start, we wanted you to learn a bit more about Mark Olson, our new President/CEO, and Erin Couch, the friendly voice you hear when you call our corporate office.
Mark has served at FM Financial since 1999 and became President/CEO in 2022. In this role, Mark is responsible for long term strategies, team members, board relationships, day to day operations and results. Mark holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from Spring Arbor University in Business Administration. A lifelong runner who values health, Mark is committed to his family and resides in Spring Arbor, Michigan.
Erin started with FM Financial in 2021 as a Client Support Associate. She provides administrative support for estate planning and other general office functions, including serving as our receptionist. She considers it a privilege to guide clients to the right person at FM Financial when they call or visit. Erin graduated from Spring Arbor University and resides in Jackson, Michigan. In her free time, she is involved in local theater and is teaching herself to embroider.
