Meet the FM Financial Staff - New Employees

We want to introduce you to some new team members at FM Financial. We are grateful for the unique talents and personality each one brings.

Madyson Fernandes started at FM Financial in August 2023 and is a Client Care Associate. She is happy to connect clients and guests with FMF staff to best meet their needs. Madyson graduated with honors in 2023 with her BA from Spring Arbor University. She looks forward to spending time with her friends and family and going to the gym with her husband.

Rafael Gonzalez joined the FM Financial team in December 2022 as a part-time Bilingual Representative. He now works full-time as an FMLF Client Care and Technical Support Specialist. Rafael is an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC®) and has an associate degree in international business from Lansing Community College. He resides in Lansing, Michigan, with his wife, Paulina, and dog, Benji.

Tim Lyons began working at FM Financial in August 2023 as the Estate Planning Assistant. He has a passion for helping clients find peace of mind through their estate plan. Tim graduated from the University of Toledo with a degree in Mathematics and currently lives in Chelsea, Michigan with his dog. He plays drums for two different worship teams on Sundays in his community. You can find Tim on the golf course in the summer and the ski slopes in the winter.
