Strategic Initiatives Analyst

Richard currently serves FM Financial as Strategic Initiatives Analyst. He specializes in finding the best ways to serve our clients by evaluating existing business processes and recommending improvements to support growth. Richard first came to FM Financial in 2000. He has an MBA degree from Spring Arbor University and lives in a 125-year-old farmhouse in Sandstone Township, Michigan, with two long-haired dachshunds. He has a passion for fitness and serves as a personal and group fitness trainer. He is also an accomplished Kettlebell Sport athlete.
