The GuideStream Financial operations team assists clients with all of their needs related to GuideStream accounts. From setting up new accounts to facilitating transfers and managing distributions, they are dedicated to serving each client with compassionate care and excellence.
Debb Lyon has served at FM Financial since 2013. She currently serves as a Client Care Specialist for our GuideStream clients. Her specialty is assisting clients with the transfer of funds from other institutions. Debb is a graduate of Warner Pacific University in Portland, Oregon, and resides in Jackson, Michigan, with her husband, Jerry. She works beside Jerry as he pastors New Horizons Community Church. Her ideal day would be spent with her husband snowed in at a cabin in the woods next to a roaring fire with a good book.
Lori Pelham is the Operations Manager for our GuideStream clients and has been at FM Financial since 2014. She handles opening new GuideStream accounts and ensures compliance with existing financial regulations. She is a graduate of Spring Arbor University and lives with her musician husband Mike, Ziggy (dog), and Jaco (cat), in Jackson, Michigan. She enjoys visiting Chicago to spend time with her daughter, McKenzie.
Dawn Weidman has served at FM Financial since 2019. She graduated from Spring Arbor University, raised her family, and later joined FM Financial, where she is a Client Care Specialist for our GuideStream clients. She processes distributions and helps with other client needs. Dawn resides in Concord, Michigan, with her husband, Jim, and is happiest when she and her husband are together with their two adult children.
